Tonya Pollard, B.S., M.A.

Patient Care Coordinator

Tonya Pollard is a graduate of the University of Connecticut where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Development and Family Relations and, a Master’s of Arts from Seton Hall University. Her mental health experience stems from her role as a Probation Officer for the State of New Jersey where she worked on the intake team evaluating inmates with substance abuse history and coordinating their court ordered inpatient treatment. She joined Emory’s Brain Health Center in 2015 and later joined the Department of Psychiatry’s TRD Clinic in May 2018. She is preparing to further her education in Forensic Psychology and hopes to continue to grow with the Department of Psychiatry at Emory. In her role as the Patient Care Coordinator she is the initial point of contact for intake, coordinating all medical records and scheduling.
