Valeriya Tsygankova, B.A.

Clinical Research Coordinator

Valeriya Tsygankova graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in French. She worked with children and young adults in developmental and social psychology research labs, studying the effects of social comparisons in children and social interactions. After moving to Atlanta and joining Emory University as a research coordinator in 2018, she worked with adult patients with depression and high inflammation. She then joined the Fuqua Center in July 2020. Valeriya plans to continue studying depression and pursue a graduate degree in Clinical Psychology.
