HealthDay (4/10, Preidt) reported cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) “by phone may help treat depression in people with Parkinson’s disease, researchers say.” Included in the study were “72 people, average age 65, who had the movement disorder for an average of six years and depression for nearly three years.” The findings of the randomized trial were published online April 1 in the journal Neurology.  (SOURCE: APA Headlines)
