
Dr. Pritchett is a double board-certified geriatric psychiatrist with specialized training in the care of older adults with mental illness. She completed her psychiatric residency at a New York state-operated program, training across multiple esteemed institutions in throughout New York City, including Creedmoor Psychiatric Center, Columbia University Medical Center, and Zucker Hillside Hospital.
Following residency, Dr. Pritchett pursued a fellowship in Geriatric Psychiatry at Emory University, after which she joined the faculty as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Geriatric Psychiatry.
Her primary clinical and academic interest lies in enhancing the quality of mental health care for underserved populations, especially with individuals who face significant barriers to accessing treatment. In addition, she has a growing interest in neuropsychiatric disorders, psychopharmacology, and neurostimulation. Dr. Pritchett is also deeply committed to medical education and enjoys teaching medical students, residents, and other healthcare trainees.
